Purchase Information
When you make a purchase from GPSPAL.net we collect your name and payment method information, such
as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We
also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and
phone number of the intended recipient(s).
How We Use Your Personal Information
We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third parties unless we
have your express permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith
that the disclosure is required to prevent harm or injury (such as product recalls, fraud, claims
or other liability) or to comply with valid legal processes (subpoenas, warrants) or as required
by law.

How We Protect the Security of Your Personal Information
The security of your personal information is very important to us. In our efforts to protect your
online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If your browser is
capable of SSL (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, or
encoded, before it is sent over the Internet has also obtained a digital certificate from
Starfield Secure Certification Authority, Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services.
When you enter a secure portion of this Site (which is any page containing any of your personal

information will appear. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being
transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to our web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized

Cookies and Other Computer Information: We do not use cookies in our order process to
extract any information from your computer.
Shipping & Tracking:
• Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our
shipping carriers' Web sites.
• If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders.
• If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and we will
be happy to help you.
Cancellation of Orders:
You can cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already
finished processing the order for shipment.* To cancel after your order is completed, call
Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PST), M-F.
*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them.
However, we fill orders quickly and may have already processed your order for shipping. If we
are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, you can return any unwanted items
to us after you receive them provided the guidelines outlined in the returns and exchanges
sections are met.
Returns & Exchanges:
• Purchaser is required to contact us and obtain an RMA #. (Return Materials Authorization).
• Return process can take 2 to 3 weeks.
• Returns must be received within 15 days of receipt.
• Returns must be in original package with packing slip or copy of such and indication of RMA #.
• Product returned must be in condition received or refund may be denied.
• Purchaser is advised to obtain shipping insurances as need.
• If an error occurred on our part in shipping your order, we will issue a credit for any
applicable shipping.
• If return is due to defective product, then refund will include applicable shipping costs.
• After we receive your returned item, you will either receive a refund or the replacement item
you specified.
• Returns are credited to the original purchasers payment method.
• Items may be charged a 25% handling and restocking fee.
